我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫(guan)徹德智(zhi)體(ti)美勞(lao)(lao)全(quan)面(mian)發展的(de)(de)黨的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)方針,全(quan)面(mian)落實《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國(guo)務(wu)院關于全(quan)面(mian)加強(qiang)新時代大中(zhong)小學勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)意見》精神,大力提升高(gao)等(deng)職業(ye)院校(xiao)學生勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)素養,形(xing)成體(ti)現時代要求、符合育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人規律(lv)、彰顯高(gao)職院校(xiao)特色(se)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi),8月25日至8月28日,由(you)我校(xiao)和(he)中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學院勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦(ban)(ban)、創想家科技教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(深圳)有限公司協(xie)辦(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)2020年(nian)全(quan)國(guo)職業(ye)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)研(yan)修(xiu)班(中(zhong)級),在線(xian)上會議平臺成功舉辦(ban)(ban)。

為優(you)化勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)師(shi)(shi)資供給(gei),本次教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培訓除了(le)邀請(qing)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)領域相(xiang)關知名學者外,基于(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)本身(shen)特質,還邀請(qing)了(le)企業代表擔任課程(cheng)授課講師(shi)(shi)。共有來自(zi)廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西、貴州、湖南、江(jiang)蘇(su)、內蒙古、陜西、浙江(jiang)等14所職業院校近30名老師(shi)(shi)參(can)加培訓。

 培訓期(qi)間,學員們分別(bie)觀摩了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)劉麗(li)紅副(fu)校(xiao)長、我校(xiao)人文學院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)黨印(yin)副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)美術(shu)學院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)杜(du)銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、優(you)必選人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)負責(ze)(ze)人郭子琦、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)李珂(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、廣東海涵(han)律師(shi)事(shi)務(wu)所主任律師(shi)吳小波(bo)主講(jiang)的(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)歷史演變、政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)解讀與(yu)趨(qu)勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)(ze)與(yu)倫理——如何更(geng)好的(de)理解體面(mian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導師(shi)的(de)素質能力提升”“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)課程(cheng)設計——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)發展與(yu)實踐”“人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能時代下的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)融(rong)合(he)機(ji)制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)安全風險與(yu)應(ying)(ying)對政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)”七堂課。專(zhuan)(zhuan)家們表示,隨(sui)著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)的(de)進(jin)一步推(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)將更(geng)加(jia)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)化且惠(hui)及更(geng)多學生(sheng),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資則面(mian)臨極大的(de)挑(tiao)戰。從長遠來(lai)看,應(ying)(ying)開設勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相關(guan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye),培養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)人才。短期(qi)內,應(ying)(ying)根據學校(xiao)目(mu)前師(shi)資情況(kuang)采取多種措施,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)兼職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)相結合(he)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師(shi)資隊伍(wu)。

同時,為(wei)深(shen)入了解目前高(gao)職院校勞動教育開(kai)展(zhan)情況,今(jin)年3月(yue),我校聯合(he)創想(xiang)家教育科技(深(shen)圳)有限(xian)公司,對覆(fu)蓋生(sheng)(sheng)源地30個(ge)省(sheng)、自治區(qu)、直(zhi)轄市的學生(sheng)(sheng)及來自全國(guo)14所高(gao)職院校的老(lao)師開(kai)展(zhan)《全國(guo)高(gao)職院校勞動教育現狀調查報(bao)告藍皮書》專項(xiang)問(wen)卷調研(yan)。經過(guo)5個(ge)月(yue)的立(li)項(xiang)、調研(yan)論證(zheng)、問(wen)卷發放及回收(shou)、電話訪談記錄、數據清洗與甄別等(deng),共回收(shou)有效教師問(wen)卷221份,學生(sheng)(sheng)問(wen)卷2101份,教師訪談記錄25份。

調研(yan)(yan)專家組成員范苗就調研(yan)(yan)報告中學生素養現(xian)狀、目前(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育開展(zhan)現(xian)狀及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)、師(shi)資建設現(xian)狀及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育與實習(xi)實訓相結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)狀及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育與校園文化(hua)建設相結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)狀及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育與社會服務相結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)狀及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)等內容進行分享,讓(rang)研(yan)(yan)修班的(de)學員們(men)從(cong)數據中更(geng)科學更(geng)全面的(de)了解目前(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育在(zai)高職院校中開展(zhan)的(de)情況。

研修班(ban)4天的課(ke)程涵(han)蓋勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)理論(lun)知識(shi)、相(xiang)關政策導(dao)讀(du)、實際(ji)課(ke)程案例分析、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)相(xiang)關法律(lv)知識(shi)普及、人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能下的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面,最后以(yi)電(dian)子(zi)考卷的形式對學員(yuan)們進行考核。參(can)訓學員(yuan)紛紛表示,將(jiang)以(yi)本(ben)次研究班(ban)為新(xin)的起點,進一(yi)步加強理論(lun)學習,重(zhong)塑勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)觀(guan),為所屬高職院校開展勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作貢獻力量;并希望(wang)這樣的培訓能夠(gou)制度化、常(chang)態化,進一(yi)步豐富(fu)培訓內(nei)容,在條件允許的情況下,安排線下培訓課(ke),加入動(dong)(dong)手實踐實操環節,將(jiang)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)精神貫穿(chuan)師資(zi)培訓始終(zhong)。
