我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為(wei)深入貫徹德智體美勞(lao)全(quan)面發展(zhan)的黨(dang)的教(jiao)育(yu)方針,全(quan)面落(luo)實《中(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)央 國務(wu)院(yuan)關(guan)于(yu)全(quan)面加強新時代大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)小學勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)的意見(jian)》精神(shen),大(da)力提升高等職業院(yuan)校學生勞(lao)動(dong)素養,形成體現時代要求、符合育(yu)人規律、彰顯高職院(yuan)校特色(se)的勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)體系,8月(yue)25日(ri)至(zhi)8月(yue)28日(ri),由(you)我校和中(zhong)(zhong)國勞(lao)動(dong)關(guan)系學院(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心主辦、創想家科(ke)技教(jiao)育(yu)(深圳)有限公司協辦的2020年全(quan)國職業院(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)導師研修班(中(zhong)(zhong)級),在線上會議平臺成功舉辦。

為優化勞動教育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)資供給,本次教師(shi)(shi)(shi)培訓除了邀請(qing)勞動教育(yu)(yu)領(ling)域相關知名學者外(wai),基于勞動教育(yu)(yu)本身特質,還邀請(qing)了企業代表擔任課程(cheng)授課講(jiang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)。共有來自廣東、廣西、貴州、湖南(nan)、江蘇、內蒙古、陜(shan)西、浙江等14所職業院(yuan)校近30名老師(shi)(shi)(shi)參加培訓。

 培(pei)訓期間,學(xue)(xue)員們(men)分別觀摩了中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院劉麗紅(hong)副校(xiao)長、我校(xiao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文(wen)學(xue)(xue)院張(zhang)克副院長、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院黨印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)(xue)院杜銘秋(qiu)副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、優必選人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)負責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)郭子琦、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院李(li)珂(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、廣東海涵(han)律(lv)師(shi)(shi)(shi)事務所主(zhu)(zhu)任律(lv)師(shi)(shi)(shi)吳小波主(zhu)(zhu)講(jiang)的(de)“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)歷史演變、政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)解讀(du)與(yu)(yu)(yu)趨(qu)勢”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)職(zhi)責(ze)與(yu)(yu)(yu)倫(lun)理(li)——如何更(geng)好的(de)理(li)解體面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育導(dao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)素質能(neng)力提升(sheng)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)課程設(she)計(ji)——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)發展(zhan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)實踐”“人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)時(shi)代下的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育”“職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育與(yu)(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)融(rong)合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)安全風險與(yu)(yu)(yu)應(ying)(ying)對政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)”七(qi)堂課。專家們(men)表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育相關(guan)(guan)政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)的(de)進一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育將更(geng)加(jia)專業(ye)化且(qie)惠及(ji)更(geng)多學(xue)(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)則面臨極大的(de)挑戰。從長遠來看,應(ying)(ying)開設(she)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育相關(guan)(guan)專業(ye),培(pei)養勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育專業(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才。短期內,應(ying)(ying)根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)目前師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)情況采取多種措(cuo)施,建立專兼職(zhi)相結合的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育師(shi)(shi)(shi)資(zi)隊伍。

同(tong)時,為深(shen)入了(le)解目(mu)前高職(zhi)院(yuan)校勞動教育(yu)(yu)開展情況(kuang),今年(nian)3月,我校聯(lian)合創(chuang)想家教育(yu)(yu)科技(深(shen)圳)有限公(gong)司(si),對覆蓋生(sheng)源(yuan)地30個(ge)省(sheng)、自(zi)(zi)治區、直轄市的學生(sheng)及(ji)來自(zi)(zi)全國(guo)14所高職(zhi)院(yuan)校的老師(shi)開展《全國(guo)高職(zhi)院(yuan)校勞動教育(yu)(yu)現狀調(diao)查報告(gao)藍皮書》專(zhuan)項問卷(juan)調(diao)研。經(jing)過5個(ge)月的立項、調(diao)研論證、問卷(juan)發放(fang)及(ji)回收(shou)、電(dian)話(hua)訪談(tan)記錄(lu)(lu)、數據清洗與甄別等(deng),共回收(shou)有效教師(shi)問卷(juan)221份(fen)(fen),學生(sheng)問卷(juan)2101份(fen)(fen),教師(shi)訪談(tan)記錄(lu)(lu)25份(fen)(fen)。

調(diao)研(yan)專(zhuan)家(jia)組(zu)成員范(fan)苗就(jiu)調(diao)研(yan)報告中(zhong)學(xue)生素養現(xian)狀(zhuang)、目(mu)前勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開展現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、師資(zi)建設現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)實(shi)習實(shi)訓(xun)相結合的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)校園文(wen)化建設相結合的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)社會服務(wu)相結合的(de)(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)及(ji)問(wen)題(ti)等內容進(jin)行分享,讓研(yan)修班的(de)(de)學(xue)員們從數(shu)據中(zhong)更科學(xue)更全(quan)面的(de)(de)了解目(mu)前勞(lao)動教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)在高職院校中(zhong)開展的(de)(de)情況。

研修班(ban)4天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程涵蓋(gai)勞(lao)(lao)動教育理論知(zhi)識、相關政策導讀(du)、實際課(ke)程案例分(fen)析、勞(lao)(lao)動相關法律知(zhi)識普及(ji)、人工智能下的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動教育等多(duo)個方面,最后以電子考(kao)(kao)卷的(de)(de)(de)形式對學(xue)(xue)員們進(jin)行(xing)考(kao)(kao)核。參(can)訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)員紛紛表示,將(jiang)以本(ben)次研究班(ban)為新的(de)(de)(de)起點,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加強(qiang)理論學(xue)(xue)習,重塑(su)勞(lao)(lao)動教育觀,為所屬高職(zhi)院校開展(zhan)勞(lao)(lao)動教育工作貢(gong)獻力量;并(bing)希望這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)能夠制度化(hua)、常態化(hua),進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步豐富培(pei)訓(xun)內容,在條件允許(xu)的(de)(de)(de)情況下,安排(pai)線下培(pei)訓(xun)課(ke),加入(ru)動手實踐實操環節,將(jiang)勞(lao)(lao)動精神貫穿師資培(pei)訓(xun)始終。
