魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深入推(tui)進學校數字化轉型,高質量落實好“雙高”建(jian)設(she)各項任(ren)務,6月(yue)28日,深圳職業技(ji)(ji)術學院舉行黨委理論學習(xi)中(zhong)心組(擴(kuo)大(da))學習(xi)會,特別邀請(qing)全國(guo)(guo)政(zheng)協委員、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)職業技(ji)(ji)術教(jiao)育學會會長、教(jiao)育部原(yuan)副部長魯昕在(zai)京聯線,作題為《人工智能與(yu)經濟學:“雙高”建(jian)設(she)全新(xin)領(ling)域的全面建(jian)設(she)》專(zhuan)題報告。會議(yi)由校黨委書記、校長楊欣(xin)斌主持。

習(xi)近平總書記高(gao)度重視人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發(fa)展,認(ren)為“人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)是(shi)引(yin)領新一輪科技革命(ming)和產業變革的重要(yao)驅動力(li)”,“把握全球人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發(fa)展態(tai)勢,找(zhao)準突破口和主攻方向,培養大批具有創新能(neng)力(li)和合作精神(shen)的人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)高(gao)端人(ren)(ren)才是(shi)教育的重要(yao)使命(ming)”。

魯昕(xin)列舉了(le)人(ren)社部發布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)字(zi)經(jing)濟背景下市場需(xu)求迫切的(de)(de)(de)39個新(xin)職業,通(tong)過分(fen)析(xi)新(xin)職業、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術、新(xin)技(ji)(ji)能,突(tu)顯出工(gong)作場景變化對(dui)“雙高”專業建設提出的(de)(de)(de)要求。最后,魯昕(xin)通(tong)過對(dui)工(gong)信部人(ren)才交流中(zhong)心發布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)《工(gong)業互(hu)聯(lian)網產(chan)業人(ren)才崗位(wei)能力要求》分(fen)析(xi),展示(shi)了(le)工(gong)業互(hu)聯(lian)網產(chan)業人(ren)才8個方向41個崗位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)4項能力要求,系統總結了(le)人(ren)工(gong)智能發展對(dui)高等教育動手能力數(shu)字(zi)化和實訓基(ji)地(di)虛擬化轉(zhuan)型的(de)(de)(de)呼喚。

魯昕希望,在“雙區(qu)”建設的(de)背(bei)景下,“雙高(gao)”建設的(de)過程中(zhong),深職院(yuan)作為“雙高(gao)”中(zhong)的(de)“雙高(gao)”,要充(chong)分探討如何在粵港澳大灣區(qu)的(de)政策環境、在新一(yi)代信息技(ji)術的(de)創新文化、在深職院(yuan)的(de)工科特色中(zhong)發揮積極(ji)作用,構(gou)建新知識(shi)體系(xi)(xi),構(gou)建新課(ke)程體系(xi)(xi),顛覆(fu)專業結(jie)構(gou),培養復合性(xing)人才,成為名副其實的(de)世界一(yi)流職業技(ji)術學(xue)院(yuan)。

楊欣斌(bin)在(zai)總結(jie)中表示,魯(lu)昕會長的報(bao)告站(zhan)位(wei)高(gao)(gao)遠(yuan)、視野開闊(kuo),理論(lun)深(shen)(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚(ju)焦問題、貼近(jin)實(shi)(shi)際(ji),特(te)別是(shi)結(jie)合(he)我(wo)校(xiao)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設、專(zhuan)業設置和(he)產教融合(he)的情況提出具體(ti)的指(zhi)導(dao)意見,對于推動學校(xiao)數字化轉型,落實(shi)(shi)好(hao)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設,科學謀劃“十四五”期間的思路(lu)和(he)舉措,具有重要的指(zhi)導(dao)意義。楊欣斌(bin)要求各單位(wei)深(shen)(shen)刻領會、深(shen)(shen)入(ru)研(yan)究魯(lu)昕會長的報(bao)告精神,結(jie)合(he)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)抓好(hao)貫徹(che)落實(shi)(shi),努(nu)力在(zai)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設中走在(zai)前列,爭(zheng)當職業教育創新發展(zhan)的先行者。

整場報告歷時兩個半(ban)小時,全校共300余人參加學(xue)(xue)習,其中,全體專業(ye)主(zhu)任(ren)、教(jiao)研室主(zhu)任(ren)、實訓(xun)室主(zhu)任(ren)在會(hui)場進行(xing)集中學(xue)(xue)習;全體校領導、黨委委員,全體中層干部通(tong)過騰訊會(hui)議系統進行(xing)線上學(xue)(xue)習。
