[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)特(te)有(you)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)底蘊和(he)文(wen)化(hua)地(di)位,對(dui)整(zheng)個(ge)社(she)會(hui)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而對(dui)經濟(ji)、科研、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)明等方面的(de)進(jin)步起著(zhu)(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館作(zuo)(zuo)為古今中外最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)藏書(shu)(shu)(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)天地(di),肩負著(zhu)(zhu)特(te)別的(de)文(wen)化(hua)使命和(he)任務(wu)(wu)。高校圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館在為教學(xue)科研服務(wu)(wu)的(de)同(tong)時,更有(you)著(zhu)(zhu)直接參(can)與文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)的(de)重(zhong)要使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復(fu)合(he)(he)式(shi)(shi)創新(xin)型高素(su)質高技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對(dui)(dui)職業(ye)院校(xiao)提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)要(yao)求,符合(he)(he)市場對(dui)(dui)新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也(ye)切合(he)(he)技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)未來發展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)方向(xiang)。全面推進“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人、復(fu)合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人、協同育(yu)(yu)人”人才(cai)培(pei)養模式(shi)(shi)改革,對(dui)(dui)職業(ye)院校(xiao)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)與(yu)教育(yu)(yu)教學(xue)提(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也(ye)說(shuo)明了新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)體部門(men)、教學(xue)輔助單(dan)位,圖書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動參與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)(yu)人工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文化(hua)育人”的人才培(pei)養(yang)理念,一方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)(yao)求圖書文化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到(dao)書香文化(hua),進而推動書香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文化(hua)大發展,另(ling)一方(fang)面(mian)也從文化(hua)建設的角度對圖書館(guan)的具體(ti)工作提出了新的要(yao)(yao)求。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)(yuan)建設是圖書(shu)(shu)館永恒的主(zhu)題(ti),今(jin)后應(ying)有三(san)個轉變,一是重(zhong)視資源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是重(zhong)點抓(zhua)好特(te)色(se)資源(yuan)(yuan)建設。圖書(shu)(shu)資源(yuan)(yuan)建設實(shi)則是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)建設,是書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基礎。為形成資源(yuan)(yuan)的針對性、有效性與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應(ying)進一步與(yu)(yu)學校各部門及校外單位合作,加(jia)強(qiang)合作資源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資源(yuan)(yuan)建設,加(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職(zhi)業素養(yang)、地(di)方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一旦形成規模,就進行歸納整理,集中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建立(li)專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購(gou)(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)有意識(shi)地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采購(gou)(gou),形成特(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)(shu)。也(ye)可發(fa)揮(hui)博物館功能(neng),收(shou)集地(di)方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資料、非物質(zhi)遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形成專(zhuan)題(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡(jian)單,而現代圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人(ren)。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套(tao)基本的(de)能滿(man)(man)足讀者(zhe)需求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)(zai)此基礎上,要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿(man)(man)足教師或重(zhong)點團(tuan)隊在(zai)(zai)縱深層次(ci)的(de)教學(xue)科研活動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)需求,其次(ci)要在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細(xi)節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功(gong)夫,引進新技(ji)術讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短信、聊天群(qun)、手機圖(tu)書館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書館(guan)等(deng),促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)信息(xi)交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)(dong)。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)(kai)文(wen)(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動——拓寬(kuan)(kuan)文(wen)(wen)化平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師生(sheng)最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集之地。面(mian)向未來(lai),我們提(ti)出(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)(cheng)資源(yuan)信(xin)息中(zhong)心(xin)之外,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)建成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)習交(jiao)流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動中(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳教育中(zhong)心(xin),實現由(you)傳統大(da)(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流(liu)、現代、新型(xing)(xing)大(da)(da)學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)(xing)。這種轉型(xing)(xing)實際(ji)上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化功能(neng),不斷(duan)拓寬(kuan)(kuan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動平臺,成(cheng)(cheng)為學(xue)校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年(nian)來(lai),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)做好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)化展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙(sha)龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能(neng)比賽(sai)等,保(bao)持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱樂(le)部(bu)與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與師生(sheng)建立了(le)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以(yi)后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化活(huo)(huo)動搞好搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)門,配(pei)合教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)動或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動,開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化服(fu)務。
