技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方(fang)面(mian)要求圖書(shu)文(wen)化升華(hua)拓展,衍進到書(shu)香文(wen)化,進而推動(dong)書(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化大發展,另一方(fang)面(mian)也從文(wen)化建(jian)設(she)的(de)角度(du)對圖書(shu)館的(de)具(ju)體工作提(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)要求。

2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書館(guan)(guan)是服務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖書館(guan)(guan)的服務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而(er)現代圖書館(guan)(guan)的服務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注(zhu)重(zhong)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生(sheng),通過文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵(jian)要(yao)做到服務(wu)(wu)(wu)的多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一(yi)套(tao)基本的能滿足讀者需求的服務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此基礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文獻信(xin)息(xi)的個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教師或重(zhong)點團隊(dui)在縱深層次的教學科研(yan)活動中對文獻信(xin)息(xi)的個(ge)性需求,其次要(yao)在服務(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節(jie)、服務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上下(xia)功夫,引進新技術讓服務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服務(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更廣,如(ru)微(wei)博、短(duan)信(xin)、聊(liao)天群、手(shou)機圖書館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖書館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀者的信(xin)息(xi)交流,文化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師生最重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)聚集之(zhi)地(di)。面向(xiang)未(wei)來,我(wo)們提出(chu)除(chu)了要(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)之(zhi)外,還(huan)要(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學習交流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)心(xin),實現(xian)由傳統(tong)大學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現(xian)代(dai)、新型(xing)大學圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實際上(shang)賦予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規服務的(de)同(tong)時,大量舉(ju)辦主題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙(sha)龍(long)、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能比賽等(deng),保(bao)持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有新的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師的(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與學生的(de)讀者(zhe)協會,與師生建(jian)立了廣(guang)泛的(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園,并且(qie)走出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教(jiao)學活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師生的(de)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。
協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
