[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數(shu)創學院學工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是(shi)今年(nian)初從(cong)管理學院輪(lun)崗來到數(shu)創學院,但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始,宋李翔已在學生管理工(gong)作(zuo)崗位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是(shi)學校(xiao)學工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)中(zhong)品格優秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經驗豐富的(de)中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘初心(xin),牢記使(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)(zhu)題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋李翔(xiang)積極響應校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)(you)關“不忘初心(xin),牢記使(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)(zhu)題教育統(tong)一部(bu)(bu)署和安(an)排,積極組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設的(de)重(zhong)點,扎(zha)實推(tui)進(jin)各項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身(shen)先士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應有(you)(you)的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

ng)(sheng)(sheng)干部(bu)(bu)隊伍(wu)精神面貌有(you)了(le)較大(da)提(ti)升,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)性(xing)(xing)、主(zhu)動(dong)性(xing)(xing)不(bu)斷高(gao)漲(zhang),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)能(neng)力(li)(li)也較上屆有(you)了(le)明(ming)顯改觀。努(nu)力(li)(li)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)臺(tai),在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)導支持下,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)與深(shen)(shen)圳市公安局(ju)機場分(fen)局(ju)聯絡,于2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月正式成立深(shen)(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)畫宣(xuan)傳(chuan)志(zhi)愿服(fu)務(wu)基(ji)地(di),使(shi)得志(zhi)愿服(fu)務(wu)與專業(ye)建(jian)設(she)實現了(le)深(shen)(shen)度(du)融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注意整合資源(yuan),借助外(wai)力(li)(li)提(ti)升部(bu)(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)。半年(nian)(nian)(nian)來2次主(zhu)動(dong)聯系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心理(li)(li)咨(zi)詢(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)心,通過(guo)借助專業(ye)力(li)(li)量提(ti)升對重(zhong)點(dian)關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管理(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)(li)和應對水平(ping)。積(ji)(ji)極(ji)發(fa)揮新(xin)媒體平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣(zhen)地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)織策(ce)劃迎(ying)新(xin)系列推(tui)文、國(guo)慶70周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)系列活動(dong)、強國(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)說(shuo)推(tui)文等(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)文,深(shen)(shen)受(shou)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當,身先士卒,高度自(zi)律(lv)。每天早上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍內部建設(she),通過(guo)專題(ti)研(yan)討(tao)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)活動等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出團(tuan)結協作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次實(shi)地(di)檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員(yuan)反饋早晚修情況。積極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表(biao)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話80人次,宿舍(she)走訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有針對(dui)性的開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放(fang)棄引導(dao)(dao)(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而(er)是通過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的態度與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主任、輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行(xing)后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)(dao)(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成的,一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)建設(she)也不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯有通過(guo)嚴于律(lv)己的作(zuo)風和正能(neng)量的積極傳(chuan)遞才能(neng)讓新時(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部的建設(she)與時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
