
宋李(li)(li)翔,中(zhong)共黨員(yuan),數創(chuang)學院(yuan)學工辦(ban)負責人。雖說是(shi)今年(nian)(nian)初從(cong)管理學院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數創(chuang)學院(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李(li)(li)翔已在(zai)學生管理工作崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤耕耘九(jiu)個(ge)年(nian)(nian)頭,是(shi)學校學工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)品格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔當、經(jing)驗豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅力(li)量。

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于擔當,身先士卒,高度自律。每(mei)天早上(shang)提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午(wu)最后一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)(kai)辦公室(shi),關(guan)愛團隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)內部(bu)建設,通(tong)過(guo)專題研討、團隊成(cheng)(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話、團隊活(huo)動(dong)(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營(ying)造出團結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地(di)檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及時(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)反饋(kui)早晚(wan)修情況。積極通(tong)過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)(dong)態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)(ren)次,宿(su)舍走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)(ye)和(he)培養特點(dian),有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)理念落實到位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)后進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引(yin)導教育(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)嚴要求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行(xing)后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬(ma)城(cheng)不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團隊建設也(ye)不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和(he)正能量(liang)的(de)積極傳遞才能讓(rang)新(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)建設與時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直(zhi)前(qian)。
