
宋李(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創學(xue)院學(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今年(nian)初從(cong)管(guan)理學(xue)院輪(lun)崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)院,但(dan)從(cong)進校伊始,宋李(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)生管(guan)理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘(yun)九個(ge)年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中品(pin)格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔(dan)當、經驗豐富的(de)中堅力量(liang)。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)(wang)初心(xin),牢記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極響應(ying)校黨(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)號召,根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘(wang)(wang)初心(xin),牢記(ji)使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教育統一(yi)部署和(he)(he)安排,積極組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生支(zhi)部的(de)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生日常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部署、共(gong)落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支(zhi)部建設的(de)重(zhong)點(dian),扎實(shi)推進(jin)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan)(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身先士卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生、貼近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生成長(chang)成才,展(zhan)(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)支(zhi)部書記(ji)應(ying)有(you)的(de)風采。

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔當,身先士卒(zu),高度自(zi)律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)(zao)上提前一(yi)個(ge)小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建(jian)設(she),通(tong)過專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)談心談話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方式(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)營(ying)造出團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)實地檢查新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)修情(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)時向(xiang)新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋(kui)早(zao)(zao)晚修情(qing)況(kuang)。積(ji)極(ji)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表座談等形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了(le)解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開(kai)展主題教(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)談話(hua)80人次(ci),宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特點(dian),有(you)針對(dui)(dui)性(xing)的開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)片(pian),將活(huo)動(dong)育人、文化育人理(li)念落實到位。同時對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導教(jiao)育,而是(shi)通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰(peng)硬的態(tai)度與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任(ren)、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)起進行(xing)后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的教(jiao)育引(yin)導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)天(tian)建(jian)成的,一(yi)流(liu)的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過嚴于律己的作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的積(ji)極(ji)傳(chuan)遞才能讓新(xin)(xin)時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的建(jian)設(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)時俱進,勇往直前。
